Today, Social harms are considered major issues in human societies. Consequently, scholars are striving to find solutions to these problems. Social harms are multi-dimensional, lawful, controllable, and preventable phenomena. Scientific study in this area can greatly assist in planning the three stages of harm identification, prevention, and treatment. Islam, as the most comprehensive of the divine religions, places significant emphasis on the prevention of Social harms. One of the most important Social harms is intentional murder. Murder is the greatest violation of a person’s bodily integrity. The most important asset of an individual is their existence and life. The importance of preserving life lies in the fact that life is central to human duty and happiness. God has mentioned this topic in multiple verses of the Holy Quran. The aim of this research is to identify the main causes of intentional murder in Iran and to propose jurisprudential strategies for preventing this Social harm using descriptive and analytical methods. The findings indicate that the main causes of intentional murders in Iran, in order, are: disputes and altercations, family conflicts, illicit relationships, financial disputes, theft, revenge, and extortion. The results of this research show that by scrutinizing the rich source of dynamic Islamic jurisprudence, strategies can be presented to prevent the occurrence of intentional murder, which will significantly reduce this harm. Dynamic Shiite jurisprudence offers strategies for preventing the Social harm of intentional murder, such as: maintaining composure and controlling anger and rage, encouraging education and learning, avoiding greed, covetousness, and envy, refraining from suspicion, eliminating grudges and feelings of revenge, committing to piety and virtue, promoting chastity and modesty, emphasizing the importance of work and employment, avoiding unemployment, and increasing individuals’ tolerance thresholds.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of public libraries on reducing Social harm. Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and survey research in terms of method. The statistical population of the research was the members of the public libraries affiliated to the institution of public libraries of Tehran in the period from October 2021 to October 2022. The total number of members of public libraries in Tehran was equal to 42185 people. Based on Cochran's formula, 379 people were selected as the research sample. The data collection tool included two questionnaires of public library services and attitude to Social harms. Finally, the data was analyzed using SPSS software version 22. Findings: The research findings showed that the use of public libraries led to a reduction in Social harms and the more users who visited the library, the more aware they were of Social harms. have more and have avoided Social issues. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it seems that public libraries have succeeded in creating a critical view of Social harms, but their performance needs to be strengthened and more attention should be paid to this area. In addition, in dealing with Social harms, people with an approach of seeking information and expanding knowledge and having a precise and regulated framework have less tendency towards Social deviations. By providing effective and useful services in the society, public libraries can solve many problems related to Social deviations, including reducing suicide, divorce, theft, etc.

The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with Social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and Social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of Social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of Social progress? How do moral actions generate Social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of Social interactions have been Socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with Social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of Social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of Social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

One of the duties of governments in each society is to create the necessary framework for the realization of Social security, which have different components in its creation. One of the components that can influence the realization of Social security is controlling and reducing Social harm. To this end, it is imperative that the government can take appropriate policies in this area to provide security. The current situation in the country shows that in the area of Social damage, we are seeing an increase in the number of Social injuries, their variability and the reduction of the age of Socially damaged people. The purpose of this study was to elaborate proposed policies in the field of control and reduction of Social damages in Iran and its impact on Social security. For this purpose, using the views of the elites and experts of the country, macro policies are appropriate for controlling and Reduced Social damage. . Method: The research is a qualitative and applied research-an extension that has been developed by Delphi. . Delphi is a systematic data making method by which experts’ opinions are obtained regarding a particular subject or question. In this study, during three rounds, experts answered written questions, anonymously. The participants had seen feedbacks of others and could change or insist on their point of view. Finally, the research team felt that relative consensus has been reached and it finished. 20 experts were asked to participate in the study. Reviewing the related sources was also taken out. Results was discovered differently in any round. In pre-round stage, one single open question was posed and 52 policies were taken out. Purifying the received responses, 48 items were sent back to the participants. In next rounds respectively, 33 and 31 policies were identified and it was assessed that the participants has agreed on 31 policies. Based on the findings, except for substance use that it has already been made in 2006, macrolevel Social policy regarding Social harms seems necessary to be built. Just by taking a macro-level policy, it will be possible to design pathways for Social harms not to disturb Social security. To reach Social policies which fits for Social harms decline, so that Social security become provided, adequate macro level policies must be adopted to avoid arbitrary decision making, to get all capacities, either in GO or NGO parts together, to begin an inter-organizational coordination, to manage sources in an effective way, to determine priorities for policy making, to administer programs comprehensively, inclusively, and adequately, and finally, to do a better work division among related organizations in different levels, and finally, Social security become promoted.

Social and cultural mass media that has multiple roles according to different classes of society, can be associated with both positive and negative consequences. The media consequences in general categorized within the theories of message effects and anomalies are discussed. This research trying to compare the attitudes of the population (citizens of Yazd) through comparing different views and surveying, including welfare and justice experts, univeraity professors and people of Yazd, the severity of Social harms and the impact of Social media are discussed. This study aimed to describe Social harm conditions in Yazd pariculary in terms of the media will respond to the following questions: 1-Yazd citizens' attitudes about what Social harms are? 2-Views of Yazd citizens, regarding media influences on Social harms? How the media influence the vulnerability of Yazd citizens than other Social factors in Yazd. The research found that the citizens of Yazd blaming satellite television, radio and television programs and Internet respectively with a view to the possible deleterious effects on Social harms. Also, unemployment, Social discrimination and Socializing with abnormal people are the main cause of the trauma (addiction, divorce, robbery, child abuse, homicide and suicide) in yazd.

Background and Aim: Social harm is one of the major problems that is currently affecting many societies. The purpose of this study was to compare the attitude toward Social harm in first grade high school students in terms of family backgrounds.Methodology: In this research, a causal-comparative descriptive method was used. The statistical population of this study included first grade high school students in the academic year of 2017-2018. The sample size in this study was 152 based on Morgan's table. In this research, stratified random sampling was used. To assess the attitude to Social damage, the questionnaire by Aghayee and Teimur-Tash was used. In order to determine the validity of this questionnaire, face validity method was used and Cronbach's alpha method was utilized to calculate the reliability of this questionnaire.Findings: The findings showed that the average attitude toward Social harm among students whose parents had lower education, older age, and poorer economic status was higher than the rest of the students. Also, the average attitude to Social harm of students whose parents are unemployed, their mothers is not employed or their parents do not live together are higher than the rest of the students.Conclusion: According to the research findings, the average Social harm of students whose parents are older, lower education, more economically disadvantaged or unemployed is more than most other students; thus, it is suggested that these students and their parentsreceive more support for education.

Introduction: The aim of this research was to determine the level of male students awareness about puberty changes and their relationship with the attitude towards Social harm. Methods: In this research, a descriptive/correlational method was used. The statistical population of this research was lower secondary school boy students, from whom, one hundred fifty-two of them were selected by stratified sampling method. Awareness about puberty changes measured by a researcher-made questionnaire and attitude toward Social harm by Aghayee and Timur Tasch questionnaire. The validity and reliability of these two questionnaires were approved by the researchers. The reliability coefficient of the awareness about the puberty changes and the attitude towards Social harm questionnaires were 0. 85 and 0. 80 respectively. T-test, analysis of variance, Chi-square and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Results: There was a significant difference between students’ awareness based on age and job of their parents, father’ s literacy, family economic status and type of life. The results of the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that all subscales of awareness about puberty changes have a significant correlation with Social harm attitudes. That means increasing awareness about puberty changes decreases their attitude toward Social harms. Conclusions: According to the results of this study because students’ awareness about puberty changes improves the physical health of adolescents, and prevents future Social harm; receiving adequate training about these changes is a must.

Addiction is one of the most important Social harms of today’ s society. Despite the efforts of legal and executive institutions to control and prevent this harm, according to official statistics, the status of the aspects of this phenomenon is still critical. In addition to the various role-playing of official and non-official institutions, the mosque can play a role in preventing and reducing addiction due to its special place and special impact on the people of society. The main question of this study is how and at what level can the mosque play a role in this Social issue? Its purpose is to identify how this sacred Social institution plays roles as well as to achieve the mechanisms for its proper confrontation with this contemporary Social phenomenon. A combination of documentary and qualitative methods (interview and observation) have been used to collect research information, and content analysis method has been used to analyze the data. According to the research findings, the mosque, due to its capacity and transcendent place in the human community, especially Muslim communities, can play roles by considering the principles of organizational work in accordance with the requirements of the mosque at different levels of prevention, treatment, and fight against addiction and protection of recovered addicts and their families in the neighborhood and the surrounding area.
